This Shipping Policy outlines Yuca Pop Bites's procedures for shipping pre-ordered food items. Because our products are perishable and require careful handling, please read this policy carefully before placing a pre-order.
1. Pre-Order Timeframes and Shipping Windows

Pre-Order Period: Pre-orders will be accepted every Thursday to Sunday.

Shipping Window: Orders will ship every Monday to Wednesday. You will receive an email notification with our available shipping days and reply us your chosen day to receive your order.

Limited Availability: Pre-orders are subject to availability. We will notify you if the product you ordered is unavailable.
2. Shipping Methods and Costs
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we only offer expedited shipping to ensure timely delivery and maintain product quality. The exact cost depends on your shipping address and the quantity ordered. We currently only ship within area of Santa Maria Bulacan and Brgy. Muzon SJDM. To avoid shipping costs, we accept pick-up orders, you can meet us at PUP Santa Maria campus at Pulong Buhangin Santa Maria Bulacan.
3. Order Processing
Orders are processed and prepared once you placed an order. You will receive an email notification or text messages when your order ships.
4. Shipping Address
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. Please ensure someone will be available to receive your order at the delivery address.
5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products and the pre-order nature of this sale, returns and refunds are not accepted except in cases of damage. Contact us immediately if there is an issue.
